It would appear that after 4 years of being a branch supervisor at my Davenport, IA location and painstakingly bending over backwards for not just the company but also our customers, that the company is declining to payout my earned PTO time. The claim is that this choice of theirs is in part to my prematurely ending my term during a two week notice that I was fulfilling. The decision to leave the company early was due to harassment and bullying from my branch manager at branch location 589. Destroying personal property of mine while I was out performing my job and then burying it in our dumpster. After 4 long years with a job I actually loved, I was forced out. From start to finish I witnessed the following things done by that particular branches manger:
