Collin Ridgley was very helpful, informative, communicative and knowledgeable of their inventory. I've worked 2 times with him to come up with a matching set of opal & diamond earrings & pendant necklace. He hit it out of the park & worked with me pertaining to my budget! I'm beyond happy with my purchases and highly reccomend this jewelry store!

nice place, but it's not somewhere I actually want to go when i do, overpriced compared to online competitors (they don't let u haggle or at least not me) and the last time I took a bracelet for adjustment I was only given 5 out of the 6 peices that they took off, noticed when I had already left and called to let them know but didn't go back in because it didn't sound like they knew what I was talking about or would take responsibility

Friendly staff and quick to help assist on anything you need. They have a wide range of items to choose from as well as permanent jewelry but you do need to book an appointment.

Made a quick stop in to get a battery for a watch and came very close to purchasing a ring from "Joey". Their selection is beautiful and the staff very helpful and friendly. I cannot wait to see how the new brick and mortar store looks once finished!

I received a pandora charm as a birthday present which I already had this charm. I called the store to see if they would exchange it for me. The person told me yes I can come exchange for another charm. I get to the store and they tell me I can't exchange it. I didn't want any money back I just wanted another charm because I already had the exact charm on my bracelet.
