They’re ok with black mold and rodent conditions. Also do not give 24 hour notice before entering property. Terrible front desk service and Michelle is not professional in anyway. DO NOT live in an apartment managed by this company…

Very rude and predatory people. My daughters car was disabled due to an accident and parked in parking lot of their property with places of business with no signs posted. They towed the vehicle before 24hrs without notice and I had to call it in stolen to find it.

Clearly they employ top notch people that jumped in the middle of our funeral procession today and proceeded to stay in the middle of our line headed to honor our family at his military burial. Can't believe the disrespect. Thank you to the hundreds of others that respectfully pulled over and waited. We appreciated that.

I would not recommend them. Google the history of the firm and Charles Ruhl. They now claim he's no longer involved with the firm but his key assistant is still with the firm as of 2019. They manage our association which is in disarray and falling apart. Excessive fees and excessive billing. The Management fee is four times the one maintenance contract it supervises. They issue no reports or proper accounting for their fees.

Ruhl Management is the best in the region. Laurie is responsive to our needs and helps us with decision making on our properties. Tenant retention has also been great. We would definitely recommend Ruhl to everyone!
