They need to do a better job with paperwork. I came to pick up a loaded box and the paperwork wasn't where they usually have it. My dispatch sent me here. I've been here a few times before so I know where they put the paperwork on these preloads. They need to get a mailbox where drivers can obtain the paperwork. Either heavy winds blew it out, or someone forgot to put the paperwork there. But either way I got sent here for nothing.

Appointment time here for pickup was 11 am. I arrived a little bit late. But did not exceed pass 15 minutes late. They only use about four or five doors to load or unload. The rest of their doors are dedicated 4 shuttling pre-loaded trailers. I left this facility around 2:50 p.m. So it will take awhile to get loaded at this location. Anywhere from 3-4 hours, could be more!

Great place to work, so much better than the big corporations where your just a number, at Murray your on first name basis, from the owner on down, its like family.

All the employees appeared to not want to be there. It took 4+ hours to be loaded. They also tried to fabricate the check in time and got very hostile when called out on it.

This is not a good company is you are early they don’t care if you on time they still take more than 2 hours I was here 16 minutes late from my appointment time I explain the situation and they took 5 hours to loading me as driver we need to change the corrupted system.. they need to charge more money for detention
