Manager at the LeClaire store is very rude and calls the cops to tow a paying customer vehicle because it sat there too long. No sign saying time limit to park there. It wasn't busy and plenty of open parking spaces. I won't be spending any more of my money there, and I'm a rewards member that has spent significant amounts of money at this establishment. Well, no more recommendations to any of my customers.

This things attitude just as ugly and nasty as her face. Not worth the hassle, just go somewhere else. Stopped by for some gas and a drink, and this cashier was incompetent on doing so. Couldn't ring me up without running her mouth and swearing at me the entire time. Then it threatened me saying it was "gonna come outside"
Come outside and do what now? It never happened . I up and left

I just got back from there and I don't know the name of the woman that is working right now but she needs to work on her customer service. She was really snotty and rude and really needs an attitude adjustment

Stopped by there yest. to get milk for my daughter.Thinking that a reputable business would keep track of things I didn't look but I spent $6 on a gallon of milk that expired yesterday. And of course the number they have listed on the Internet is no longer in service

This is a really good place to go and people watch you go to see all of the nursery rhymes the little old lady in a shoe, 3 blind mice, snow white and the 7 dwarfs, You definitely get to see the cracks in Mr. Humpty dumpty. a man in the alley who claims to be Jesus.

Today was one of the most unpleasant visit to the store . Cashier on morning shift has no costumer service skills. Never ever have i bee treated so rude and unprofessional. The service was so bad i removed my debit card from machine and left . i will not be visiting that location for a long time and will be contacting the manager Judy, lets see how management handles this .

The staff are nice and courteous. I have not used the laundromat So I can't comment on the machines. But I like they are open 24 7. Convieniant.

Terrible, change machine stole my 5$ they refused to give it back. The cashier said id have to wait til monday so the manager could count it. I asked to speak to a manager they again refused. I had soapy laundry and when i asked for change because i didnt want to use the change machine again they also refused. i will never use this laundry mat again. I only went because, i had blankets i couldnt wash in my home machine. Probably one of the worst, experiences i ever had
