“I went to this hyvee this morning for a quick surprise. I could not believe how nice the lady was in the bakery. She was so sweet when she helped me. She didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing her at all even though I had interrupted what she was doing. Then when I wanted something wrote on the cookies she went around asking employees until she found one that said yes! (The person who usually does the decorating wasn't in yet) I wish I would've gotten her name. Thank you to the two lady's for their help this morning! You made my coworkers, my bosses, and my day!
