Josh was fantastic! Great customer service. Give him a raise. He verified the part I was looking for was on the shelf, as there was only 1 left according to inventory. That may seem insignificant, but the part I needed is on national backorder and I couldn't find one anywhere. Many other places took my money, then later notified me it was no longer in stock, what a headache. When I called MSTP Josh indicated he had one left, physically verified it was on the shelf, then took my information over the phone and said he'd ship it the same day. It couldn't have been easier or quicker. He saved the day for me. Thanks, Josh!

Spoke to Chuck and I have to say these guys were awesome. Very helpful on finding the right part and getting it ordered. The part was there literally the next day. And don't get me started on the great prices. Seriously great place to get your parts from. Thank you mid states!!!
