Very bad experience, I switched from other company and asked for the iPhone SE 3rd Gen before switch and active asked more than 3 times if she is sure about that device because I want the 3rd Gen she confirmed all the times is the right model, after paid I take the box and I read the specifications it was the 2nd generation, impossible make contact with any manager for the refund or try to exchange that device, she said you can comeback tomorrow or other day when the manager be here the problem that store is 60 miles away from my homeI left my email and I waiting for talk with the manager

My phone died and TJ was very helpful in getting me a replacement phone as well as setting it up and transferring the data when the new phone came in. TJ also explained about the up and coming 5g network. Couldn't ask for any better service. Thank You TG.

Worst store ever. Worst customer service ever. They dont ever have most of the phones on the website. Only trying to sell you the lastest iPhone. Then they refuse to order phones for you. They make you leave and go to the wholesaler. Worst phone business ever! Always throwing the buck and never actually resolving your issues.

They district manger Vicky have very poor customer service even when customer service was on the phone about an exchange she was rude to say ain’t no phone cost coming out her pocket very unprofessional even when asked for Corporate number she refuse and said get it from customer service not a good store if you looking for nice friendly service

This store has the worst customer service ever! Very rude very unprofessional I wish I didn't have to give the one star I gave to write this review. This store will lie to you and sell you products and services you do not need or want but once they get your money its impossible to get it back because of their store policy. I am disputing with my card company to get my money back. Please stay away from this store most account changes can be done over the phone and through customer service. Do not waste any of your hard earned money with the scam artist. Vicky and Daisy are the worst and the owner Matt is no better. They think they can Rip people off and get away with it and they don't care because they are the busiest Metro location in Davenport. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
