Hands down best experience. Will never go anywhere else for Service and Detail needs. Zuri is the absolute best manager there is (needs a promotion if he isn't) and Nick Tarpein runs a tight ship! Would recommend to anyone!

This happened in Sept 2023. I have a SL500 and I was getting errors to close the trunk lid, which meant I could not put the top up. My regular dealer was backed up until late October and I could not trust the weather to drive up there, so I called MB of Quad Cities and they could get me in quickly. The replaced the trunk latch and did quite a bit of service to it, including servicing the Auto Body
Control (ABC).
When I went to pick it up I could not unlock w/ the key fob (did not have that problem before). Right after I started it the ABC error light came on ( did not have that problem before). I could not put the top down as I got an error to close the trunk lid. As I picked it up on a Saturday, the main service person (Allan) wasn't there. so I called him on Monday. Got to the point that he wouldn't return my calls.
Now I have to take it to another dealer to fix what they broke

Great experience here , the employees were great and got me in quick and atmosphere was nice and relaxing! They washed and vacuumed my car better than any car wash in the quad cities !! I definitely will be letting my friends and family know the service and people are great ! I definitely will come back to them for anything I need for my vehicle! ? recommendation!!! ???
