Place is secure, with spacious aisles for dollies and jacks. Climate control units are a savior in the winter. Only seen a few spiders at most. Never any signs of rodents or any other pests. Gentleman on site is very helpful.

I've had 2 catalytic converters cut off of my rv's. One last week and one last year. This last will cause replacement of exhaust from motor to the muffler! Security is very poor there

Menards allowed water to enter the storage unit we rented for $100/month. It was in a large warehouse, covered, and not exposed to weather, but our belongings still got wet and mildewed. When I let them know the situation, their response was they are not responsible. While that might be legally, technically true—might—it’s certainly not an ethical position. When I went to the unit earlier in August to clear it out, the door, lock, and walls were covered in bat feces. A live bat flew into the face of one of our movers.I wouldn’t recommend Menards to store a bag of garbage, let alone anything of value. Moreover, the facility is a public health hazard, as bats carry serious illness and disease.Photos of bat manure enclosed.

Horrible place don’t put your stuff there broken into and damaged our stuff twice no cameras. Security is none and they are very rude and do not take any responsibility for any thing I would never ever use any of there storage

Clean facility. but service is horrible. I received a late notice with a late fee even though I thought I was setup on auto pay. I called and the "manager" was kind enough to reverse the fee and said she set me up on auto pay going forward, but today I got an e-mail with another late notice and $20 fee. They need to get their sh*t together. Their billing practice of not sending invoices until an account is past due is absolutely predatory and designed to force customers into late fees. Seriously folks, it would not cost any more to send the e-mail the day before an account is due than waiting until after. I am a loyal Menards customer which is why I rented there, but next year I will be going somewhere else to store my daughter's college stuff.

The roof has been leaking for the past year atleast in SEVERAL spots and still has not been fixed. With the amount of money this place has to be making (they also raised the cost by $25/m) they should have been fixed immediately... maybe they just don't care. I gave it 3 stars for being climate controlled, decently cleaned and secured MOST of the time (the big door seems to break often and left open).
