We are completing a guest bedroom and decided to place our existing 4 yr old mattress in that room and upgrade our own mattress. It was evident that the gentleman we worked with was more than a salesperson but was truly an expert in the field. We knew we would be buying a mattress from Mattress Firm. We were looking for our first big upgrade in the bedroom with an adjustable king size bed. We had the pleasure of meeting Knight who was joy to work with and very knowledgeable about the products. He listened to all our needs and showed us exactly what we wanted/needed. Of course we had to do our due diligence and shop around but in the end, we chose Mattress Firm. With the assistance of Maggie today, who was also amazing to work with, we are the new owners of our first adjustable kind size bed. Worth putting Mattress Firm on your include list when shopping for your next bedroom upgrade.

I did research b4 going, pretty much knew what I wanted. The gentleman showed me and had me test the products I was looking at. No sales pressure or up-selling. Very helpful, quick and out the door.
