My son had auto insurance with another company that was much more expensive and had very poor claims service. I had him talk with Kierra at the Matt Hayes agency. He now has much better coverage for less money . Kierra also recommended that he get renters insurance that he was without. The price she quoted was so reasonable that after applying the multi policy discount the renters insurance was almost free. The service and quality of coverage are second to none!

Matt Hayes is by far the best agent I have worked with. He has provided coverage for me personally as well as for my businesses for 10 years now. He takes the time to explain everything in detail to make sure I know all of my purchasing options. I fully entrust his opinions and suggestions. I have had homeowner insurance since 2007. He has never increase my home Dwelling value, hence UNDER insured $40.000. When changes occur in my auto insurance, the bill never got corrected. Matt kept making me pay more and more. Then cancelled my policy for not paying the charges that were incorrect. I left his company to pay more, just for the peace of mind of my bill being adjusted correctly.
