I had them move my wife from her 2 bed, 1 bath apartment into my home just a few miles away. They came out and quoted but when they did it they charged me WAY more. What's the point in quoting if you don't honor it?
In addition, the crew spent more time on breaks and smoking cigarettes than they did moving and they charged me for that time! In addition, they damaged several items of which I submitted a claim. I've contacted them SEVERAL times to get that claim honored with their insurance and they still haven't responded. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - DO NO USE THEM!

Good people to work with. Only problem is the condition of some pieces when everything was delivered. And it’s always the expensive stuff that get damaged. We will see how the claims come out next week

They delivered my boxes and they were amazing. They helped me with the items into my home and since I was new to the QC they suggested some good places to visit and eat. They were prompt, clean, well mannered and kool guys.

I had a large move from Iowa to PA and the whole crew from packing to loading to unloading were excellent. Nate was our driver for Allied and he and his crew both in Iowa and PA were the best. I have moved several times and used other companies but nobody comes close to the service this team has given from the sales person to office coordinator and of course the moving team. Awesome. Thanks everybody for making our move seamless and painless.

Maher brothers was extremely professional and helpful The man in charge of the move not only put my stress of moving both physically and emotionally at rest the move was seamless. I highly recommend to anyone considering a move to use Maher.

Had a great experience moving with Maher Brothers. Our driver Tim did a fantastic job organizing the loading, transport and unloading of our apartment into our new place. Everything arrived in great condition and he was very communicative of our expected time-frame. Excellent service and would absolutely use them again.

I want everyone to know my move from Iowa to Wisconsin could not have gone better. I admit I was very skeptical about how my furniture would survive, since my last major move was a disaster. But the crew from Allied were nothing short of amazing. The packers were hardworking, conscientious, courteous and thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was broken in the move - nothing!!! I was amazed by that. The moving crew both in Iowa and Wisconsin did outstanding work. I have a number of extremely heavy and awkward pieces and all came through this move without a scratch!! I can't say enough good things about the crew and the work they did. If you are considering a move, you would do well to consider Maher Brothers and Allied Van Lines to handle your move.

Bonnie and her “crew†packed us this week and they were AMAZING! They were impressively efficient, careful, and super friendly. They took a 3 day job and got it done in 1.5. It was like saying bye to friends when they left. Our entire Maher Bros experience has been great from the initial walkthrough to our load today. Our driver Keith is from the Cedar Rapids location and he and his team were awesome too. Our move is very large and complex with things going separate places but they tackled it, didn't complain once and were a joy to work with. Highly recommend Maher Brothers!
