I bought my daughter there and she purchased a new car, it is gorgeous, and was told that I would get $100. As a referral fee. 6 months later, many many phone calls later and still did not receive the referral fee.

They messed up paperwork for my new vehicle 4 (FOUR!!!!) times, and I had to drive 30 mins there and back each time to re-sign documents that should have been correct the first time. Not only that, there was a screw in one of the tires so when I took it back to get repaired, they told me to come back tomorrow to pick it up. When my husband went to pick it up the next afternoon, they looked at him like he was crazy and said “we havent called you, why are you here?” so another 30 minute trip there and back was wasted. I called the next day to see if my vehicle was ready and no one answered. I left a voicemail and no one returned my call. At 7pm the next day, someone called asking when we were going to come get the vehicle, as it had been sitting there since yesterday morning” to say the least, I was dumbfounded. There is a total lack of communication and customer service here, especially after signing the papers. This place is a joke and I’ve never regretted doing business with someone so much in my life. Please save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. If i could give negative stars, I would.

A team member came and opened the door to welcome us in out of the cold, offering us hot refreshments. The vehicle was in the service area so we could look at it in a warm space. All staff were friendly and approachable. Kunes made very good first impression.

I came here knowing little to nothing about the car buying process. All other dealerships I visited didn't make me feel as welcome and confident as this staff did. They all made the process easy for me to understand and encouraged me to call my family for advice throughout the experience. What I loved the most was absolutely no pressure and no hidden fees when it came to the paperwork. With terrible credit, they worked hard to get me my new car! Even after the purchase, they called to check on me and encouraged me to call for anything. As a Toyota girl, I can firmly say I love my new Nissan Rogue and have been converted to the Kunes Nissan family. Mr. Wash, Mr. Reid, Mr. Lucas, Mr. Buenos, thank you all so much for your patience with me. I look forward to seeing you guys again for my first service!

Kevin Lucas and Buddy (finance) made a great team. They helped me fulfill my hopes of establishing business credit for my startup business by acquiring a great new vehicle! It was the longest I've ever stayed at a dealership to date, however they made the experience seamless. Kevin went over and beyond with his follow-up calls, checking in to ensure all went well with the Nissan after we arrived home.Need a new car? Run, don't walk to Kunes and with no hesitation, ask for Kevin Lucas and Buddy!

However the real gems are in the service department. Grace and the whole service team are absolutely the best! Having great salesmen AND quality mechanics in a dealership is a big plus. Bill M on the mechanic side is Grade A, dare I say beef. I wouldn't want anyone else to service my Nissan. We will see you all in the spring, need to trade her in! It gives you time to give me the best deal in the Quads!Thanks for being a stand up guy Billy!

On my way to Chicago my Tire light came on. Pulled up to the door at almost 5, Allison, was there at her desk and promptly greeted me and asked how we were doing today. I explained my issue and concern and without hesitation she told me she'd get me taken care of. In his street cloths and obviously on his way out for the day she stopped Andrew and asked him if he could look at it for me, again with no hesitation he said no problem I got you. They fixed my tire for me and got me back on the road. Beyond happy with the service and professionalism they both displayed even at closing time to make sure I was taken care of, and safe to finish my trip.

Tony and Buddy made the process so quick and easy. This is my third Nissan and I knew what I was looking for, Tony was ready when I came in to go over the available models that met my specifications. He respected my time and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want.Buddy reviewed all the payment options with me and made sure I got the best APR. Great team to work with! I could not be happier with my new Rogue or the purchase process.

Leslie Scott, she's amazing. Does great work as a cashier. Very friendly, knows how to count money. Just a very professional job done at Kunes. So talented at what she does. I can really tell she loves her job, always has the best things to say about everyone there. Very positive environment. She always has candy too!

If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, make sure to go to Kunes Nissan and ask for Kevin Lucas! I was in the market for a truck and Kevin walked me through my options and was very knowledgeable without being high pressure. Working with him and Terrance Reid, they were very transparent when talking me through all the trade and finance options. I thank them both for being professional and very easy to work with.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at this location. I had such a pleasant experience with their Service Manager Blaire. I had a few concerns but she put my nervous at easy. Blaire took her time and explained everything so well. 10/10
