I took my 2016 kia soul with 322k miles into service. Josh Henry is a douche bag this is a simply a fact. (There's a stud that's next to him further down closer to the exit doors... he's the guy you want... I forget his name every time because he's such a MAN SUCH A HUNK!! Everything Josh isn't. He had the audacity to show a homeless person he eats Roman noodles while simultaneously charging over $2000 in unauthorized repairs and returning the vehicle, without a parking brake or a tire that would hold air longer than four hours and to top it off... my dad had an ulcer that caused him to loose 7 pints of blood . For those of you that don't know the human body holds 12. Thanks Josh, $2,100 and some change and I can't even drive 2.5 hours to see my Dad on a Saturday when I just put $2,100 on a credit card... at smart..? Kia? Well lucky for me I had already ordered new tires from Ingenious Walmart so they were in transit because Smart...? I didn't even need a tire folks. It was just the bead on the tire. They could have sealed it. It's an aluminum wheel with 322k miles. It's bound to break down the metal and seal especially with Midwest weather conditions... but my biggest issue with SMART is they're actually pretty stupid. They wanted me to the customer, the service advisor, customer service and the technician. oh... but I couldn't be pissed off when my car rolled away when I tried to use the emergency brake, or I couldn't be upset when I said hey Josh don't change the coolant I can do that myself, or hey Josh or align the car I haven't changed the front suspension only the rear or put the tires on yet. Or Josh WHY DOES THAT SEATBELT LIGHT TURNON not CHARGE ME $350 FOR A PASSENGER SEATBELT RECEIVER BECAUSE I'M RICH AND DRIVE A MERCEDES BENZ FROM THE PASSENGER SEAT JOSH!! See the thing is.... I wasn't necessarily the easiest person to work with during that time. Surely I won't sit here and act like my shit didn't stink during that time. HOWEVER I as a customer actually stop and try to think of the other person that's dealing with me... and Smart Kia can kiss my ass. I filed an official complaint with the BBB and I encourage everyone else as well. From the people I've spoken to this isn't the first they've done this shit but I'm apparently the few to speak up. Don't deal with this shit.

Very professional and friendly! Prompt with Quality work. Everytime you get an change they provide a complimentary car wash! The waiting area has snacks and refreshments. Its very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

I have been a proud customer of KIA for 14 years. I have never had issues with the KIA make and models (Optima, Sorento, Soul). This Service Center was one of the most professional I've come across yet! Additionally, they walk you to your vehicle. Not something I needed but the gesture made it all the more welcoming to conduct business with this center. It was slightly rainy that day also and yet the manager escorted me to my vehicle that I had already noted its location upon arrival using the free shuttle service. I hope to see them again, but not too soon lol.Service: Oil change

I had a very awesome experience with SmartKia, Everyone was friendly helpful and very polite. Our salesman Austin was the BEST!!! He was very helpful, was not a “pushy” salesman, he was very patient. He could tell we were not very tech savvy and did not make us feel d**** On a scale of 1-10, Austin you get 100!!!! Everyone there was AWESOME!

Did some recall work for an electric issue for my Kia sportage they also wanted to rotate the tires and replace the interior air filter for $106.00. I felt their price was a little high, but I guess they need to make money pay their bills. Had the work done by my mechanic for about half the price.
