Travis was patient and very knowledgeable. You can tell he is very passionate and excited to help people find the right fit to bring a new sense of comfort and enjoyment to their homes. He spent the time to answer questions and even demonstrated how to disassemble and rearrange the sactional! I’ve never felt so engaged while looking for furniture. I love LoveSac, and I’m so thankful Travis was there to listen to my needs. I didn’t feel like I was just being pushed into the more expensive purchase like you get with other furniture stores where the salespeople follow you around like you’re doing something wrong or like you’re their prey. Kudos!

I went to the show room at the Best Buy in Davenport to place my order. The people that helped me were knowledgeable. We have initially forgot to place an order for a movie sack, but they helped me a few days later and still honored the discount that was available the day I placed the original order. I’m very happy with my purchase and my experience. I will definitely be buying more in the future. Thanks a lot guys! You are amazing! I post a photo, but I don’t have any of my stuff yet.

Knowledgeable about the product they were selling. Helped me pick everything from fabric that worked with my cats to getting the best deal possible. Haven't been able to enjoy the stealth tec sound to its fullest yet, but definitely recommend.

Justin made our experience of purchasing a lovesac so simple. We looked at buying a sactional online through the lovesac website and it ended up being overwhelming trying to choose all of the sides, back and bases that we were needing. We decided to go to the closest showroom to talk to someone and see everything in person . 30 minutes later, we had purchased the sactional and were walking back to our car. Justin answered all of our questions and disassembled the sactional and then showed us just how easy it was to put together. Couldn’t be happier with our experience!
