I specifically asked the parts desk for washers and fluid for a front differential oil change on my GX 460. She gave me 2 washers and 2 quarts of fluid. I paid and left. The next day I put the truck on jack stands and proceeded to change the oil. After removing the drain and fill plugs I realized they were different size washers. I then drove back to the dealership and asked why she gave me 2 of the same size and she commented, "thats what most people get" But I specifically asked for the front Diff washers, not what most people get. She did exchange one of them with the correct washer but I spent over an hour driving back and forth. All she needed to say was Im sorry for the confusion but never did. Just need to admit that sometimes you get it wrong.

Today I had the pleasure of purchasing a Lexus from Kiki Hopkins at Smart Lexus of Quad Cities.
I rate my overall experience as TOP NOTCH!
I could not be happier!
Together, we were quickly able to find the perfect car. She listened to my needs and offered a few options that were ideal.
I most appreciated her transparency.
We discussed Lexus' unlimited mile warranty and maintenance plan details during the buying process.
Everything that Kiki said that she would do, she did. We walked through ALL of the car's features. An additional key was ordered and given to me during pickup when Kiki discovered that Smart Lexus had only one key. The car was washed, filled with premium gas and immaculately cleaned. License plates were transferred and a no cost 90-day audio streaming service was initiated and programmed.
Kiki took all of my needed information ahead of time so that their Finance Department could expedite my paperwork and get me on my way in no time.

This was our first time purchasing a luxury vehicle. We drove and looked at many cars over a 3 week period, Kiki spent a lot of time looking for the right vehicle for us. We never felt rushed or pushed into buying something that was close to what we wanted. It was a pleasant experience, they put a giant red bow on the hood when they showed us the car, nice presentation. Kiki spent so much time getting us familiarized with the vehicle after the purchase. Overall it was a nice, pleasant, personal experience.

I would like to commend Raj Kumar at the Lexus dealership in the Quad Cities. He was very professional and responsive. He listened to what my needs were, and what I was trying to achieve. He presented a solution at no other person or dealership had offered. He was respectful of my time. He delivered everything as he had promised. He went over and above to make this car buying experience a pleasant one. I was coming from several hours away, and we were able to do the majority remotely. I was only at the dealership for approximately an hour to conclude the sale. I needed to return a rental car and Raj gave me a ride. He even retrieved my garage door opener for me. I would highly recommend the dealership and most especially Raj if you are in the market for purchasing a Lexus.

I recently purchased a Lexus RX. From my first contact with Rob Gimmy at the auto show, to my test drives, purchase, and vehicle delivery, he was friendly and knowledgeable. It took me a few weeks to make my model choice and then select the actual vehicle. Rob was unfailingly patient. I never felt pressured. I had an excellent experience at Smart Lexus. And I LOVE my new vehicle.

Travis was fantastic at helping me decide on my new 2024 NX 350h. My partner and I came to test drive a couple models and Travis was very transparent about being new in his role, but was still able to answer all our questions and would reply later if he couldn’t answer immediately. He wasn’t pushy and he was personable, making it a pleasant experience. He kindly followed up and a week later, we decided on the car and made the purchase. Due to our late appointment, the process took us past typical business hours, but Travis and Jake in finance still took care and make sure all our needs and questions were settled. I look forward to a continued relationship with this dealership.

Hopefully this will allow some constructive information so that corrections can be made & customers can have a better experience in the future.
On Monday (2/19) my husband & I were very interested in a used 2018 RAV4 you had on your lot. I contacted the salesman online & he promptly set up a test drive & had the car all ready to go when we arrived. We drove the RAV4 & loved it! We were 100% ready to make that purchase & take home the vehicle that day! Here are the things that kept us from making the purchase at your dealership.
• We were offered significantly less for trade than your sister dealership offered.
• We offered to make a full cash payment and asked if any additional money could be deducted from the price if we paid cash in- full & handed over the title for our trade that day. The response was “no” because your dealership actually gets more out of financing a vehicle from the lending company.
• When we asked about financing options, salesman said that the average APR you guys could get for us would be around 13.94%. We thought that rate seemed extremely high! We told him that our credit score was high (around 810) & we definitely would not pay that high of an interest rate. He went back to speak with the finance person & returned telling us that the best he could do was around 9.74% APR. In the meantime we looked at our credit union & the rate would have been around 6.5-6.6%. I am attaching a picture of today’s rates so you can see the difference between what your dealership is offering & rates elsewhere.
• Salesman said we could go through our credit union, but financing would be a bit more complex & take awhile longer. By this time we had been at your dealership for almost 2 hours. We were tired, frustrated, and felt like we could no longer trust in a deal at Smart Lexus.
There were a couple other things that could be improved, but weren’t necessarily deal-breakers for us buying a car from you:
• Other test drives we did this week did not include the salesperson riding along in the backseat. My husband & I were able to test drive the cars ourselves. Your dealership was the only one that required the salesperson to ride-along. We thought it was a bit odd, especially on a used vehicle. I gave a copy of my license & insurance to salesman. I would have also been willing to leave something (such as my car keys or credit card) so that my husband & I could drive the vehicle ourself & discuss our opinions privately.
• Salesman needs different chairs for customers at his desk area ASAP. I was the first to sit down & I almost fell on the floor! The office style chairs tip back so far when you initially sit down, you have to jerk your body forward to not tip over backwards & hit your head on the floor or glass window! I hurt my back while doing this and salesman said that those chairs often do that & he was waiting for new ones to come in. For heaven’s sake! Aren’t there at least a couple folding chairs somewhere that he could use? Or couldn’t 2 be purchased by your dealership today before an accident happens? I’m only 48, but I can’t imagine what would have happened if one of my elderly parents sat down across from his desk!
Although our experience at Lexus was not what we expected or wanted, we did end up finding the perfect vehicle to purchase at another dealership. Due to their 4.99% APR & current “new car” dealer incentives, we walked away with a brand new 2024 vehicle at the same payment.
We are more than happy with our choice. For us, everything worked out for the best. We hope that by providing this feedback, you are able improve things for your customers
