The staff in here were super unwelcoming, especially for the cost of their services, which were mediocre at best. I didn't even get a thank you from the tech once I paid; she simply took my money and walked away. I will never return to this establishment when I visit Iowa again.

We asked the desk person to confirm the price for a mani petty gel. The prices listed were wrong. After they confirmed the prices, we agreed and waited 15min for the service- the new clerk, without me asking gave a new price. Unbelievable and bad business, we left. Strange their prices are higher than my nail tech in Chicago, all of a sudden.

They did a good job, but I felt it's a bit pricey for me, I don't usually get my nails done, though, so I'm sure they're all pretty expensive now

My experience wasn’t good. The man that did them was very rough...He had bloody nails and I did not like him touching my hands with them. I was not rude about it, but come on? Anyway, he made me pay before he even finished the job? Who does that? He waited to check if I will give him a tip so he can decide how well he will do the job? The nails were very uneven and it hurt. I could not last a day with them. He also shaved down mine a lot. I did not like this place at all, and it was waste of money.

Pedi was terrible . 55$ for me to have my feet dipped in warm water for like 90 second. Then when she went to file on the heels it was laughable. She just swiped it across the heel. No massage at all whatsoever . Then she wiped the scrub stuff on my legs and sprayed it off . I cracked up laughing. Said directly to her that I'll never come here again. Robbing people . She chose some peach color to go under my sparkle pink choice . Made the color dull but I didn't even want to argue it because of the clear indication that she didn't care if I was satisfied. NOPE NOPE NOPE

They rushed through my pedicure and manicure and it wasn't even busy. My thing is i went to relax and enjoy myself and i couldn't. There was no massage on my feet and legs and a half massage on my hands.
