The flowers were very very pretty but didn't come with the handle and butterfly like in the picture. The butterfly was the entire reason I bought those specific flowers as it was special to my best friends grandma. Also, the morning of the funeral, the guy who dropped the flowers off called me very rudely saying how the church wasn't unlocked and he had other places to get to. He made it seem like it was my fault for him being early before the doors were unlocked. I did not like the experience I has and I will not be using them again.

The bouquet looks nice and my wife loved them, however, it was not what I requested. When I made the call roughly 10-15 days in advance, I requested that the bouquet be mostly Gerber Daisies , with some filler to make it look nice. The bouquet had 3 gerber daisies in it. There was more roses/carnations/iris than my desired flower. Regardless of what my wife think looks nice, its not what I was looking for or wanted.

Completely botched a simple out of town Mother's Day delivery order made in advance. They called my my elderly Mother, Saturday prior to Mother's Day. I had intended to surprise her with Mother's Day flowers but the delivery person was unable to piece this together and then dishonestly told her he would call me to figure out the confusion . Disappointingly, I did not have a missed call from this business. Instead, I had to scramble to find a florist to delivery on Mother's Day to cover for their incompetence. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Ordered flowers for prom was to be picked up at Utica Ridge store. Went to get them and no clue where the flowers were. Finally said they were at the Moline store. Asked me if I wanted delivered to Iowa side or pick them up myself in Moline. I said deliver. She told Moline that I would be over to pick them up. REALLY!! Then I get the corsage from Moline and it is 3 dead roses and a little piece of tool. $40!!! Glad HyVee made extras for the occasion. So much for shop local and the little guys. Sometimes the big boy store is that way for a reason.

A little hard to find but very friendly and helpful for on the spot custom arrangements. I would buy again if I was in the area.

They give my wife a bouquet every month in exchange for a very small donation to a local animal shelter. They could give her something really cheap and we would still be thrilled. Instead, they are just amazing. We won't forget, that's for sure!

Best customer service ever!! I brought in bridal bouquets that were done with another florist to see about adding to them to make the bride happy the day of the wedding. The owner went above and beyond making sure that they were exactly what we were looking for! She spent almost 45 min remaking the bouquets that turned out beyond our expectations! So friendly and talented!
