I lived at the Kimberly apartments for 20 months and I would say it was great . Very quiet community and maintenance was literally within 24hrs or same day depending on the time you put in the work order ! Staff was always friendly and respectful at every interaction. Definitely would recommend!!!

Nice place, neat, clean, orderly and quiet. My only complaint was the somewhat worn carpet.

I have lived here for more than 3 years. It is a convenient location, on Kimberly Road near the bike path and I 74.
