Came here to fix a simple taillight in my new car, continued to make me wait an hour to tell me they don’t have the light in inventory. Left the dealership and 15 minutes later my car goes into limp mode and is now out of commission. Went back to dealership and was told that my car got an inspection as well, even though I was never told that prior. Even said they inspect vehicles no matter what to find issues so they can charge you. Except my vehicle was “inspected” and broke down 10 min later. The thing is they inspected the vehicle, and claimed my vehicle had error codes prior to coming in but never told me leaving the dealership. Very interesting lol it was driving perfectly fine before I got there with no warning lights or malfunctions,and leaving the dealership I have all 3 malfunctions. Quite the coincidence. Not being very transparent really hurt their credibility. Won’t come here again, unprofessional at best

Great experience working with Tyler Bishop at Kimberly BMW. He made the process super easy and sold me an X5 that my family and I love. Tyler was nice, easy going, knowledgable and and fun to work with. I would not hesitate to buy from him again. I also want to mention that the Sales Manager, Jim Weaver, and the Finance Manager, Lawrence Nemec, were excellent. Both are super knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Patrick was great throughout the entire process - from order/build, to waiting for delivery and the final delivery. All of the timelines he predicted were spot on. He was a great assist on the build - he knows the car exceptionally well inside and out. He may have been as excited as I was about this car. Overall just a very easy and pleasurable experience.

I wasn't looking for a new car but after an accident I was left with no choice. Kimberly car city had the best prices I could find. Tyler Bishop was more then helpful in helping me get the car I wanted. Even offering to help me take the rental back. Tyler and the finance team did an awesome job at getting the car I wanted to work with the payments I wanted. Even came out paying less per month then I anticipated. I would 100% return in the future.

I am writing this as I am waiting for my pickup that is now an hour and half past what I put as my latest pickup time. I had to initiate the call that the pickup was even running behind.
When you pay a premium to go to a luxury car dealership you expect premium service, understanding that these things can happen I would at least communication ahead of time. Will likely just take my car to the Chicagoland area from now on....
