When traveling from home, I forgot a piece of my CPAP equipment. When I arrived at my destination, I called them in the evening for help and they gave me good medical advice for the evening and I made arrangements next day to pick up the missing CPAP piece.
Customer service was outstanding which I’ll always remember. Thank you Kelly’s Home Medical.

While traveling through town, I realized I forgot some medical equipment at home. Kelly’s was fantastic in helping me find a solution to get me by until the end of my trip. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

I traveled to the quad cities with my CPAP machine. Had everything I needed including new hose and such. What did I forget? The adapter for the hose as it goes into the machine. Frantically, I search for anywhere that may have one that I can just grab... everywhere is closed and most of them only sends deliveries for your supplies... then I see Kelly's. I had to sleep without my machine for one night till they opened... worst night ever. When they opened, I texted them the random part that I need and asked if it would be possible to get it today. Not only did they respond within a few hours, they had the part. Then they went above and beyond by calling ME! Just to make sure the part was the correct type and that they'd have it ready for pick up. What a life saver!!! The staff were wonderful and actually cared about getting me set up to not have to spend one more night in apnea horribleness... Thank you so much!!!!!

Awful customer service. Got two different stories from two employees. Was unable to get the product I need. Would give no stars if possible since I got no service.

I'd like to give a shout out to Mayra at Kelly's Home Medical for going above and beyond to help remedy a situation that our great aunt had while visiting the quad cities. She left home with family for a 2 hour trip to Davenport and when she got to Davenport realized that her electric charging plug on her portable oxygen equipment was missing critical parts to make it charge, and was nearly out of charge. Mayra charged the pack in the store so she could get safely back home. We wanted to thank you and your business for helping her out. Aunt Laurie really appreciated it- you made her 91st birthday!

The salesperson told me my insurance would cover a significant portion of the device. Payments that I was responsible for were reasonable. I agreed to the plan. Months later I received my first bill including the amount my insurance was said to have covered. Contacted Kelly's and they told me this was 'estimated' and my insurance deductible wasn't met yet. My insurance co told me I have a $4000 deductible on medical devices so insurance would have never covered this. At no time did Kelly's inform me of these changes, just sent a bill for double the cost that originally was spoken about. Extremely poor Customer Service and undoubtedly just to get me to buy from them. Adding the word 'estimated' and charging me double is bs. And blaming my insurance company to boot.

The travel to/from Davenport from Chicago is well worth the trip! If it were possible to clone Dr. Yates, I would invest everything available in that technology. He helped me ascertain realistic goals for my procedure and supported me to my goals. Exceptional work and definitely the best kept secret for cosmetic correction in the Midwest!
