So I was calling around to get prices for the contractor and they wouldn't even give me prices and also would not give me stock or anything.So I can go elsewhere and i'm never ever doing business with them again

Superstore for all HVAC contractors. Large selection for all tools and parts for HVAC and professional, quick, and knowledgeable crew. It's a no-brainer to not come here if you're a contractor.

I've been in a lot of Johnstone supplies and this by far is the best one . This store is larger than any other johnstone's I've ever seen. It has a excellent tool and parts selection on the floor and very quick service behind the counter.

The idiots leaving the negative responses need to understand that Johnstone's customers are professional state licensed contractors that spend a lot of money to be licensed, not to mention the amount of class room hours involved to pass and keep up with their "required by the state" continuing education credits !

As a handyman contractor here in Quad Cities. This place is just a warehouse basically. Its not open to the public!!! Very sad. I thought money is money but guess this business doesnt want your business. NEVER GO THERE!!! Its a waste of your time, and waste of good realastate property.
