John Cornish and his team including Tayler Fick among others were fantastic. I was first-time home buyer so I had many questions including questions I didn't even think to ask. They answered all my questions and provided additional information on commonly asked questions I may not have originally thought of. They are extremely fast and efficient. I couldn't have had a smoother process on what could have been very stressful. They communicated often and most importantly, they care! I could tell they pride themselves in making a genuine relationship with their clients. These are the kind of people you want to help you during this kind of process. To our amazement, he and his team was able to get everything we needed. We had to find a house in a hurry. And they made it happen! John Cornish and his entire team are incredible! They make the process of buying a house so easy. As a first time homebuyer, John and his team provided so much information that educated me on all of the financial side of things. They also have impeccable communication and answered any question I had. They are very understanding and ran different numbers for me based on various down payment options. A few days after closing, I came home to a nice surprise from them, too. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Unbelievable the amount of work they did to get us our home. We had a few unique complications, a VA home loan, moving from California, back taxes, but nothing stopped them. To the whole team, thank you for your hard work, And do diligence.
