Hard to get things covered under warranty. My car makes a noise and the noise is getting louder. They send the same tech out every time to tell me it’s fine. I have had the car for 2 months and it seems like it’s problem after problem. Sensors go out on car and I’m told to go to walmart. They will call and try to help u but never gets it resolved. You never see the one who is trying to help.

They were easy to work with, explained each step as it was happening & took the time to make sure that you understood it. I went to Byrider fully expecting a no or some large down-payment that I couldn't afford to make. My experience wad the exact opposite, I left there driving my vehicle home!! Thank you Byrider!!

Love them!!! Gulian got me approved and driving off in an hour. I thought I’d be forced to get a car but I got a nice truck that will fit my 4 kids! Go there first to save time shopping for a new vehicle.

I had carpal tunnel and ulner nerve surgery I got behind on my car payment due to missing work from having surgery. Was supposed to try and make a double payment and was not able to but had 1 payment that they wouldn't take out of my account when my payments were supposed to be automatically taken out the 1 payment sat in my account for 2 weeks and kevin wouldn't take it said they needed the whole double payment well I couldn't do it so with that being said they reoped my car. My mom called to try and help me get my payment caught up and they wouldn't speak to her I went to jd byrider and Kevin still would not take my 1 payment told me I had to pay a double payment plus a payment that wasn't even due this added up to about 900.00. He told me they need all of the 900.00 or nothing. As I was talking to Kevin of course he kept asking me what my plan was well there was no way I could come up with 900.00 and he wanted to keep arguing with me about it then he acted like I was lieing about having surgery I showed him my hand and my elbow and wouldn't work with me for anything just kept telling me I needed to have 900.00 to get my car back there was no trying to work things out and still wouldn't take my 1 payment that I had so I cleaned out my car now they wanna keep calling me and sending me letters wanting to try and get me back in my car 1 paper said to come in with 503.0p and redo my arrangement well that's not what I was told in person. There is never any working things out with these people everything is always an argument and they non stop harassing you I tell them I'm at work and never can get off the phone with them if I hang up they continue to keep calling to wear my lead at work has even witnessed this. They non stop call till they get their payment which I understand they want their money but I can't help the fact that I had to have surgery and missed work and was struggling I have kids and keeping a roof over their head and utilities on and food I'm their bellies is more important but to them it's not. Kevin tina and Jenny all three are rude. 1 time I talked to Jenny after I already talked to Kevin she tells me that we need to have a conversation no im at work and not supposed to be on the phone and told her im not arguing with her she told me no your gonna have a conversation with me and I told her I don't have to tell her anything Kevin is the person I go through and I already explained to him what was going. So now they want to send me a paper saying they are going to garnish my wages well why wouldn't they take my 1 payment and wait a couple days to see what else I could pay. They refuse a payment but want to garnish my check makes no sense. I will never go back through jd byrider and anyone I know will be told not to. Also my car 3 doors when you unlock it would not open without pulling the handle 20 times call and tell them the lady tells me to change the battery in my phob well that was done and still did the same thing so obviously it wasn't the battery was told a couple of times to do this and explained I did change the battery they wanna over charge for cars but not fix them the right way.
