Very rude. Poor customer service and I do not recommend going here. I called on a Sunday afternoon asking if they had any free time to do a dip for myself and paint 2 of my daughters nails. They said to come at 3. we got there a few minutes before 3 and there were 2 people getting pedicures. They told us to pick our colors and then sat us down in the chairs they'd be doing our nails at. We waited and waited and waited. A couple came in and they got their pedicures before we even got started. After 30 mins we left. They didn't even say goodbye or ask if we wanted to reschedule....absolutely not a word. It was as if they were waiting for us to leave. My girls and I were very disappointed.

My experience with Impressions was awesome and wonderful. Tom and his staff always have done a great job and my pedicures have turned out good. Tom always gets me in whenever I need an appointment. My fiancé and I were turned down services for being black. We decided that we wanted to get our feet done, so I looked around at the reviews and decided to give Impressions a chance. We arrived at the nail salon AN HOUR before they closed and before we even made it through the door, the owner informed us that they don’t have time to do our feet today , and told us to make an appointment next time. We left the store and my fiancé told me to call and see if they do walk ins because he felt like we were being racially profiled, so I called and asked if they do walk-ins AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW, he said yes and asked for my name. I hung up and about 5 minutes later he called back trying to explain himself and how he would like walk ins better so he could “save” our spot. He must of realized we were the same people that just stopped in. We know a lot of people and would refer them if the service was good. I debated if I wanted to schedule the walk in and come back in to make him feel stupid, but we found a lovely nail salon, and she did a wonderful job. My fiancé loved it, and she made us feel so comfortable.

Great acrylics! Lots of attention to shaping and filing from my artist. Such a cute coffin shape in quick time! Plenty of space in the salon, not busy at all at the time, and they provide face shields between customer and artist.Services: Manicure

I bit expensive, but what isn't now a days. I love coming here to get a pedicure. It doesn't matter who you get, all the staff does an amazing job. I give it a 5+. I actually just come here to get my toenails cut and the massage on my legs. All the staff is always happy and treat you nice.Service: Pedicure

I have been going to this place for years. The service was good but not always great! The, the pandemic hit and did not go for a while. Last month, I went (did not have an appointment) asking if they could do a small favor. The owner pretended not to know me and very rudely said no!!! I understand they might be short on staff or busy to accommodate me but to ignore me and not even sorry we are too busy or would you come back …. Nothing!! The bottom line very very poor service even for an old customer!!!

I go here all the time and honestly I don’t think I will be going to this place ever again. I have been here multiple times with good service but now it is starting to go down hill. Me and my mom had a apt and I always get my nails done but this one time they said they can’t do a design I have had them do multiple times. Stuff is starting to get super rushed and not the best quality anymore. If a nail salon doesn’t have time for something then they should tell their customers instead of scheduling a lot of people and having to rush everyone.
