This ivy sucks it's a bunch of really young teenagers that have no idea how to bag or have a great conversation not only that they Bogart their donuts like somebody's always going to steal them you have to actually talk to somebody to get donuts nobody wants to talk to somebody in the morning I hope this ivy closes as well just like they closed my rockingham one

This pharmacy gets worse and worse. Prescriptions seems to keep taking longer and longer to fill and the wait for help or assistance when picking up gets even worse. They have signs trying to get people to transfer your prescriptions, don’t. Legit any other business at least acknowledges that you are there and someone will be with you but they can have five people standing there, looking at you, and nothing. The customer used to mean something at Hy-Vee

I am very disappointed in the way the pharmacy conduct it business and Dan Anderson the store manager. I had a complaint and I spoke with him about it concerning the pharmacy he stated that he would contact me the following day. I never spoke or heard from him since. I do not like a liar! I also even called Hyvee Corporation and all the phone did was ring and not even a answering service to leave a message. That pharmacy need their priorities straight you never get your prescription on time or consistently. And, they never answer the phone. I have to many health issues for them to be lazy and not filling the medication in a timely manner. BAD BUSINESS!! PLEASE DO BETTER!!!

They have only carried 60% of the medications I've been prescribed. If you use Walgreens you waste less time being told things that you need are permanently on backorder.

The Pharmacy is poorly stocked and frequently out of items. I routinely have to make multiple trips to get my prescriptions.

So far this has been the best Hy-Vee I've been to. Everyone has been extremely helpful and attentive.

When I travel I always look for a Hy-Vee for my room essentials like water etc and Davenport IA had one not far from my great hotel. I just like the store because it's got everything I could want and I like the quality. They have a decent pre made hot food bar at this one along with the cold pre heat foods, no pictures because an employee was there looking at me. The fresh meat section is amazing looking along with the bakery. To me it's like the Chick fil A of grocery stores because the employees are so friendly no matter where I'm at.

The pharmacists and techs at this store are super heroes. Any time I’ve had an issue with doctors and scripts they have gone above and beyond to make sure both myself and my daughter are taken care of. I feel more comfortable asking the pharmacist about medication than I do any doctor. They are incredibly patient and kind. I would like it better if they were 24 hrs. I’ve gone here since this Hy-Vee opened and I’m thankful they’re around

Not sure if they're short staffed or what the problem is but the amount of time it takes to get a script filled is getting ridiculous. Husband had one sent from the Dr over 27 hours ago. Just had to call because it's still not done. Another I get every month, they're always out of and have to order it and I end up going without until they come in. Not good for someone to stop meds like that. May be time to change pharmacys

Some of their Grab and Go Meals are pretty good. I don't care much for the prices of them, but it is what it is. Same thing, same price at any Hy-Vee store in the area. I wish they offered more in the smaller sizes. What does my wife and I do with a Lasagna for 4? They make one half that size, but those seem to sell out fast. As I say most of them are good, the meatloaf, chicken pot pie, lasagna. The Asian dishes....no something doesn't seem to work with re-heating Asian food, it just doesn't. I also made the mistake of trying the Beef Enchilada....yuck! About 3 bites and I threw the rest away. What a waste.
