Every single time my father calls for help on his prescriptions the techs are so incredibly useless. They just spit out incorrect information without even looking up the patient. This is AGAIN delaying my dad getting his prescriptions. Are we training staff to just take a guess at what the answer is? It takes 30 seconds to look up the patient and give correct information.
Edit: still haven't filled his prescriptions even though you said it would be an hour. Going on 3. Get it together.

It's the best pharmacy I've ever dealt with! They are always helpful in getting my husband's life-saving prescriptions renewed and filled from the University of Iowa Hospitals.

This is the only store that had my medication in stock, and my doctor called it over 3 hours before they closed. I called the pharmacy and the woman on the phone was incredibly friendly and said they would get it filled in 30-45 minutes. I had been out for a few days, so I am so appreciative they went above and beyond. The staff working the evening of 12/26 were tremendous!

The pharmacy at the HyVee at 53rd and Utica Ridge is not a good pharmacy in my opinion. They used to be good, not anymore. I had a terrible experience with the pharmacist on 11/08/2023 and do not recommend them. I suggest you go somewhere else.

At one time they were great, not anymore. I understand the shortage of workers. But there are usually 5 to 8 people working back there at a time. Some are extremely slow. If you go through the drive-up be prepared to wait a long time and have plenty of gas! Today I waited 35 minutes on 1 car in front of me. Then 5 more minutes for the clerk to come to the speaker. Last week I waited 25 minutes. I also have to wait 2 days longer for scripts and many times I have to return 2 to 3 times a week because nothing is ready. This is getting ridiculous and I'm considering transferring even though I've used this pharmacy that was once great for many many years it makes me kind of sad.

I work by the Northgate hyvee on easy kimberly and I love getting breakfast there!! The problem I run into is sometimes I want to treat myself to a single personal pizza with pineapple as a topping, the only topping (weird yes) and every time I've ordered it (today was the third time) the pizza guy likes to make a comment. The first time I figured it was good natured and laughed it off. The second time I was a bit annoyed as I thought we had already discussed the weirdness of it together and were over it. Today was the third time and he asked me "Is this really how you'd like to spend your money?" After I stood and waited 10 mins while he had a side convo with another lady about whatever day to day business. I smiled and was good natured but was left feeling embarrassed and left the hyvee without my pizza and called to tell them I couldn't pick it up bc of an emergency. I love this hyvee but i will never order from the pizza man again.

My son worked at Hy-Vee on West Kimberly road in Davenport but had to quit Tuesday due to issues we thought were ironed out but resurfaced and management was not willing to deal with them. My son is disabled and a certain manager would pick and everything he did he came home anxious and upset most days not a good work environment. So he thought it best to take him out of that environment. They do not treat all their disabled like that but they did him everybody should be able to be treated fairly across the board not the case with this Hy-Vee. So when they say there is a helpful smile in every aisle not if you're a disabled employee at this store. Sending this out and hopes that it will help somebody that is disabled and plans to work there to maybe think twice before accepting a job

recently called the pharmacy to see if i could have a picture or file of my vaccine card sent to me, and the woman who i talked to was INCREDIBLY rude and completely unhelpful. I find it hard to believe that nothing could have been done, When we called a different hyvee by accident, a woman who worked at pharmacy told us there was a way we could get my vaccine card, but it’d have to be at the store i got vaccinated at. I’m already out of town, and the ONLY option the woman i called was to come in. Whoever I spoke to obviously does not belong with the hyvee company. perhaps she should try the walmart pharmacy?

Lindsey the assistant manager is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. This lady acted like she was the queen of England. Everything and everyone is below her and she will make it a point to make you feel like that.

Went to treat myself to breakfast. Food was very good and waitress was very nice. Later picked up few things for supper and treat for myself. One stop… breakfast then grocery shopping. The best.
