Exceptional customer service. Got my snowblower looked at and fixed by them. They were very quick and very helpful. They even picked it up from my house for me!

Absolutely love having this place in the neighborhood! It’s a hassle to drive to big box hardware stores from this side of town when you just need a couple things, and it’s so convenient to be able to just go down the street to grab what we need. Pretty impressive variety of items for a smaller store and the employees are always helpful and friendly. Love supporting a locally owned business and highly recommend!

I had never stopped into Hime Hardware before. Just wanting to get a lock nut and not drive out if my way, I stopped here. An associate named Gregory greeted me and offered to help. He quickly showed me the lock nut aisle and assisted me in finding the one I needed. This was a great experience and I will go back. Great job!

referred customer here for snowblower check up/tune up on a fairly new snowblower with no issues. customer received no paperwork, and a quote to replace parts. still no call back on it being complete weeks later. it is now snowing and cold outside. hoping it is ready soon.

Very impressed with service and inventory. I had several keys cut quickly and accurately. Nice to see small businesses still open- they have products that big box stores don't carry.
