This company charged my card multiple times and I don't even know how they got my information so I say stay away very sketch everything from it being a electronic store but having reviews for a pet store plus the random charges.

went into this store April 21st to purchase a new phone and paid for unlimited months service and I just found out she stole my $50 monthly payment and set me up for a free government service that I did not ask for ! please don't go to this location yall! fraudulent as f*** so if anyone has been here and noticed they're on some "ACP" plan that's why!!

Went here with my mom so she could switch phones. The guy who "helped" us was very rude and acted like he didn't wanna help. We were both polite to him, and were trying to explain to him what she was trying to do with her phone. (She wanted to switch from her android to an iPhone. We brought in the iPhone because we already had it) he then told us how much it all would cost... a little over $200! I then asked if she could just start fresh, and change her number, etc. All he said was "no." Didn't explain it at all. As we were walking out he said "good luck with that" but in a rude tone, as if boost was the only phone company to exist. We literally went right around the corner to Metro where they helped us with everything. So, boost lost our business and Metro gained it. Guess that's what happens when you treat your costumers rudely.

I visited this store for the first time Friday with my 3 young children. I was excited to try it out given the good reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. There was no one over the age of around 16 working (that I saw) and we were there a good 30 minutes. The employees had their friends in talking f-this and f-that every other word. When I politely asked them to stop I got mouthed off to. There was 1 employee who apologized, but the rest could have cared less. The employee at the checkout had no idea what was going on and asked US if the items we were getting were on sale. Where is the adult in charge? The dog wash seems like an awesome idea and it's a shame I won't be back to try it out.

Love this place! The only pet store I go to in the QCA. The staff is phenomenal. My dogs and I are always greeted by name. The boys love going to the store. The $25 for 5 bath punch card is great especially when you have 3 rambunctious boys. Can't express how great this store is.

Raven and I love this place! The 5 for $25 do it yourself wash station is amazing, especially after muddy dog park visits. They provide everything, you just bring the dog! The prices are good, service is helpful and friendly, and Raven loves the treats.

Customer service for boost is horrible..paid $800 plus for my phone have never dropped it ..no water damage...paid my bill and insurance religiously every month. Now my phone overheats and shuts off and guess what its not covered at all...dont waste your time to another company

Absolutely love this place, been here a few times since it opened and have yet to have a horrible experience. Every employee I've seen and made eye contact with made sure I was taken care of, the store is organized, clean! My favorite part is the wide variety of treats and food that are healthier for your animals, I don't know what the lady was talking about in her review, but she was dead wrong on everything she pointed out about the store, and the fact she works for another pet supply company and bad mouthed another is not good sportsmanship, and honestly made me not want to go back to teskes...
