This is the only place my husband and I buy our jewelry. I’ve been a repeat customer for over 20 years now and every time at any of their stores, I always receive the best customer service. Not to mention the jewelers work perfect!
I recently had my wedding band in for repair and when I got it back it looked like it did when it was brand new it’s so shiny and clean and perfect, I am very happy! Trudy was the associate that helped me this time and she is so sweet! I appreciate her and everyone at Helzberg. Keep up the great work!

Love the new email for inspections. Helps me to know when to go in. Stopped in Thursday 1/31/24. Around 1.The 2 ladies were so helpful and sweet. (Wish I would have got there names). Makes me feel good that I can come in for maintenance and cleaning and don't feel pressured to buy anything.

In the last 18 months, this store has so consistently been great to work with that I won't go anywhere else. An hour and a half drive each way, I'm willing to travel strictly due to how fantastic they've been.They assisted in picking out the engagement ring, helped twice when a stone knocked loose, helped to get the matching wedding band. They were relaxed, and pressure free, while still being excited to assist me and made me feel like I was worth the effort.I opened a credit card with them, after being suggested to by staff. It was pressure free, easy, and worth the time.Joe, the manager, is kind and knowledgeable while still being laid back and helpful. His staff are all down to earth, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help.I've suggested the team here at Helzberg to multiple people and will continue to do so!

I went in looking for a replacement wedding banf since I failed and lost mine. Let me tell you, the two women who worked there were some of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever come across. Sadly they didn't have the product I was looking for.

Cathy was great!! She took the time to show me multiple rings and combinations with bands, explained the quality and clarity, explained the lifetime warranty, and answered every question I had. She made my experience with Helzbergs one that will keep me coming back.

Purchased an engagement ring and wedding bands from them. Had a ring sized there, and it wasn't sized right when we got it back. Then today I went in with a bracelet I was hoping to get help identifying, and I was shut down and treated almost as if I were a homeless person walking in there with something I found in a gutter. Their jewelry might be nice, but the treatment I got today makes clear, if you have a problem, or would like their help with anything they will hang you out to dry.

This place has really went down staff wise these last 2 years. Zero customer service at this location, never answer the phones and can't even open on time. As I'm writing this, I'm sitting outside the store at 10:19 A.M when it says they open at 10:00 a.m. and the rest of the mall is open. For as much as we spend here, it would be nice to be able to talk to someone who is semi knowledgeable in what they are selling. Have had multiple issues with this store, finally dealt with corporate to resolve my issue on that but still have to come to the store for my inspections. I have to leave by 10:30 so if they aren't open by then, I'll be calling corporate again. This is seriously ridiculous, get it together Helzberg. Would give zero stars if possible. Sadly I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on. I'm done with this mess!

Call to ask about removing links from watches 90 minutes before close, terrible attitude and 0 customer service. "Id hurry" and an oblivious act as if not understood what I'm asking for. Will never take anything here.
