Have purchased a number of cars from Green Buick-GMC over the years with great satisfaction with the sales staff and service staff. Trina Hayslett was our salesperson, and as always, she did a fantastic job in answering all of our questions which helped us decide to lease a 2017 Envision. Trina is a super person and she makes buying a new car a real pleasure. Green Buick-GMC and Trina are a perfect combination. Highly recommend both.

This is a great dealership. Accommodatinghospitalable, and clean. We dealt with Michael Hawkes and would recommend him to anyone looking for anew ride. He made it so easy to communicate to him with questions and got quick answers. We didn't get the run around everyone fears from a salesperson. The transaction was smooth and he even helped usonhis day off. Above and beyond!!

Zach did an excellent job of helping us find a new truck. We needed a vehicle that met a higher towing capacity so it took some time. After several months one finally came along and we had our new truck the next day. We would definitely go back.

Spent around 180k on 2 new gmc trucks last year. Come to find out gmc can’t figure their software out and the Bluetooth/carplay compatibility on these vehicles are rarely useable. Service wasted my time having me bring the trucks in for “updates” knowing that this would not solve the problem. Actually the updates made the problem worse. When hooked up wireless it lags, skips, shuts the screen down etc etc. it’s useless. Come to find out from a service tech it’s an ongoing problem and gmc “doesn’t have a fix”. My question is why are they not disclosing these issues before wasting our money???? Seems unlawful and I’m quite disappointed. Neither Green nor GMC will ever get my companies business again. Working on the road wireless compatibility is very important. Trust in these transactions is even more important and they lost mine. I was told there is nothing they can do and to “call gmc yourself”. Just ridiculous

Zach Rohlf was a great salesman. He was nor using pressure sales and was very knowledgeable about all vehicles. I would definitely buy a car from him again! UPDATE!! I purchased a 2024 GMC vehicle from this dealership and before the vehicle had 5,000 miles on it I recieved an alert on the vehicle that said "Service parking sensor" so I made an appointment immediately and after they looked at it they called me and advised me that the sensor on the front bumper was bad but it would not be covered under manufacture warranty nor the warranty that I purchased through green because it was supposedly damaged and it would cost $1300. Needless to say I feel like this dealership is only great for the sale and then after that they don't care at all. They are snakes and don't care about their customers. Very unsatisfied.

Hard time getting straight answer. Not all equipment in/on vehicle as stated. Hard ti e getting ahold of anyone to esti.ate a fix under there own warranty. Just bad situational around. Not happy 1 bit. Will bot buy a 2nd car by any means.

Ian does a great job. After our initial meeting and test drive, Most of our interactions were through text untill I needed to sit down and signed paperwork. And Gordon was a delight as well. Both of these gentlemen made it a pleasurable experience, rather than the usual hum drum arm twisting tactics.
