Our blind that covers two bedroom windows fell from its brackets and damaged the plastic end cover. Blind is probably 15 years old, maybe more. Thought it was toast. Sent a photo of the broken piece to the company, expecting little. Local office contacted me to say they had the piece, which they would deliver. I picked it up, expecting a bill. It was still covered by warranty! The rep offered to have a tech install, which I welcomed, again expecting a bill. Blind has been securely installed by Kevin, no charge, except for $10 to replace the aging draw cord. Wow! This is exceptional performance!

Great Plains Blind Factory installed 3 blinds in my home with wooden valance and they all were great and matched perfectly. I definitely recommend Great Plains Blind Factory to anyone looking for very nice vertical blin in their home.

I purchased blinds for my home. Their prices were competitive and the employees were friendly and efficient. I was concerned about the way one of my shades were working. Their service man was friendly, neat and patient even though there was not a serious problem. I would give their customer service an A+.

I had a scheduled appointment to get an estimate for window treatments on our new build (21 windows). I had to call the day of my appointment to confirm. I was reassured that the sales rep (Kevin) would be out to meet me at our scheduled time. After waiting 10 minutes past our appointment time, I called to see where the sales rep was only to be told they were running late and would be there in 45 minutes! I kindly let them know I would take my business elsewhere. It shouldn't be up to the customer to have to confirm their appointment and then call wondering where you are?! If I have customer service problems with you now I can only imagine the nightmare I would be dealing with once I give you my money. Also, thanks for wasting my time and money since I had to secure a babysitter for the appointment time. I wouldn't give this company a dollar. The customer service is awful!

Not a pandemic-conscious office and showroom. Iowa announced 18 more deaths on the morning visited. We need to be much more responsible about controlling these risks. That said, I have no reason to doubt the quality of their blinds and service.
