I had Gravert's Auto fix the AC on my truck. They replaced the pressure switch and the connector to it and charged me over 700 dollars. They told me when they wiggled the connector it would run, so they replaced both connector and switch.
The next day my AC quit working, and then would just occasionally run after that. I finally checked it out myself and found when I wiggled the connector it would run. It didn't look like a professional job, they had wrapped tape around the connector instead of using a quality connector with heat shrink. They did a bad job on hooking things up, and their price was too high for what they did anyway.
The old Ace Muffler in RI sent me to them when they closed. Gravert's is nowhere near the caliber Ace Muffler was. Gravert's is pricey and did poor work. I should not have trusted them.

Took vehicle in for broken spring and shocks .. said 2 days .. then somehow the couldn't get it to run .. replaced tons of parts and tried to charge over 4 k .. ..got it back and it broke down the next day ! They don't have any experience and will rob you blind !

I’ve brought my 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor into Gravert’s a couple times and they’ve done extremely good work, everytime getting my car back to me earlier than expected. Coming from California, this shop has been a blessing with trusted mechanics who won’t recommend anything that doesn’t need doing.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Had my car 7 months finally thinking they had me fixed after I picked up my truck 4 days later same problem i just paid near 2,000 to be repaired. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting and being told if I don't want to wait until they get back to the truck take my keys and go somewhere else was the clerks reply.
