Totally impressed with the selection of Brands, models and exhibits in the show room..amazing! We were approached immediately by a sales person and offered help (if we needed it-no pressure). We knew what we wanted but had questions regarding "fit" into existing space, installation details etc....all answered within minutes with reference to product specifications. A bonus was a cup of coffee from the most amazing, built-in-the-wall coffee maker ever. Don't forget to ask for a cup!

The associate, Tim, who helped us find a dishwasher was probably one of the best we have ever worked with. He took a lot of time showing us the different products and explaining everything. Grand has a great line of products at reasonable prices.

We purchased a full kitchen of appliances. Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There were 3 seperate installs. There would have been 2, but there was a dent in our stove. Customer service was great with that. The buying process was easy and their sales and customer service was fantastic. Elijah was the only installer that didn't rush the install, had a good personality and knew what he was doing. He was also the only one working by himself. The other installers rushed, didn't set up the appliances level or they were crooked. Elijah fixed a leak from the refrigerator left from another installer. Maybe they expect too much out of their installers in one day? I would give the store themselves and Elijah 5 stars. The other installation, 1 star.
