I want to give a shout out to Zaina and Taylor for their outstanding customer service! Zaina did a super job in helping me pick out the right knee scooter for me. Taylor was awesome in making sure that I will have the scooter when needed. I would certainly recommend the Northgate Genesis Home Medical store! Definitely worthy of 5 stars!

Very helpful the girls know their stuff. I had Wendy, she was very quick but answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my new c- pap. They make sure everything is easy for you and that they are accessible to you for help. Highly recommend.

The staff is great (front desk and cpap employees).Their phone system is torturous to navigate. Long irrelevant speeches and a convoluted ordering process.
