Went in for a pre-order. The rep behind the counter was very pushy trying to sell me on their pro plan. If I tell you I don't want something stop continually asking me if I want it and try to push me into it. It is unlikely that I will continue to do business with this establishment after this encounter.

Terrible experience. Personal preference I get it but the guy wouldn’t stop talking to the customer I front of me. Took FOREVER to check him out. Buying a preowned system for his kid and the guy said more than 4 times about getting dinner and it’s been a long day. Kept going back to warranty. Wear the guy out. Finally it’s my turn. Want to buy MK11. And he ID’s me. I didn’t have it on me. Had a car issue today. But Please. I’m 47 and look 42. Refused. Told me “he likes his job”. Let me walk. What a joke.

How in the hell can a company have wrong times posted and nothing on store. Walk in just to get told we close in 2mins. Site and stuff say 8pm not 7pm. Laziness

They charged me 99.99 dollars when the tag clearly said 86. And the manager said that those were old tags and that the new ones fell off because the item was in the sun but it was on the top shelf .

Horrible customer service seems like every time I go in there they do not want to take the time to see what I have to sell. They are very short tempered and almost smart ass like if that makes sense. If you do not want to work at a Buy Sell shop or a pawnshop like business, then go find another job flipping burgers. Theres 1 kid that is very helpful and always goes through what I have with care and precision. I think he's the only one without a beard. The other three with long hair are completely out of line. Sometimes I've asked for a manager multiple times and they just keep recycling through different people every time I ask . I asked one of them why the price was different on the same item and he mentioned something that had nothing to do with it so when I got home after I had purchased the cheaper one, I found there was a hole in the packaging......... weird that was never mentioned, and that is exactly why the price was lower. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and not doing this, but I've had enough.!!!!!! Please hire people that actually want to be there.!!!!!! I will be buying my games and cards elsewhere for now on so sad I remember coming in here when I was younger and it was like heaven on earth!!!!! Now it's like .... Hmmmm I wonder who's working
