Went in for a pre-order. The rep behind the counter was very pushy trying to sell me on their pro plan. If I tell you I don't want something stop continually asking me if I want it and try to push me into it. It is unlikely that I will continue to do business with this establishment after this encounter.

Easily the best GameStop I've visited in awhile. 9/10. Only because they werent smiling when I walked in.
