Not very impressed with this location or for the national customer service. Went in and ordered a video game. Gal that helped me get order placed ask for information, but didn't seem to get it entered into the system correctly. Didn't get a receipt after paying, sheet of paper we did receive didn't list an or number. Address was entered wrong, now going to a intersection

I went to trade in a controller I had a warranty on because it had one broken button and the controller they gave me for the warranty had stick drift, had dirt and grime on it, and had sticky buttons, then refused to do anything about it

I stop in at the Kimberly GameStop pretty much every week. Melo, Vince, and Royal are some of my favorite GameStop people! Always friendly and helpful. The store constantly has some goodies I'm looking for!

I had a few games that I wanted to get rid of. They bought them at a fair price. Very knowledgeable friendly and customer oriented. The inside of the store was very clean and tidy. Looked very nice.
