Rude and unprofessional. I called to obtain information from having my taxes done here last year and was talked down to and hung up on. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went in to have my taxes done by the “daughter” she said I was only going too get $83 from state and less than 1500 in federal, I have 3 kids and had income from 2022. She told me the numbers, and I told her something just seemed off to me, so I told her that I was just going to do my taxes myself and she “THREW MY FILE” at me and said I just wasted my time, I was only there for five minutes. I apologize for taking up five minutes of her time, and I had my baby with me and he started fussing. She told me to leave and I was already in the process of leaving. She was very rude when someone calls on the phone she doesn’t put it up against her ear and she seems mad when someone calls. If you can do your taxes online by yourself do it because I got back over $4000 do it by myself. I would never recommend anyone to go there. ☺️

Absolutely awful. Put us in debt with the irs for over $10k! We had to pay someone else to fix the major issues they caused and we were actually owed money from the irs! Would never go here again or recommend anyone go here.

I will not go back I wanted to file head of household claiming my daughter like I do every year but this year I don't have a letter with her name on it so I can't claim head of household I will not return
