Customer service at your Davenport, Iowa location is atrocious. Nobody wants to help you and then when they finally do they only got smart stuff to say. I left letting them know I was going 2 doors down to Foot Locker to buy my Adidas. They were helpful and friendly there and even got a bonus sale with a t shirt that I wasn’t looking to buy.

If you are wearing shoes and realize they are half a size too small, they don't accept returns or exchanges unless they are cleaner than new. The workers don't know how to fit shoes which doesn't help.

They send me a emails saying I have exclusive access and tell me to log in so once I log in I lost my exclusive access and in the last two months I have bought over 20 pair of shoes time for a new store

I ordered a pair of shoes online, to be picked up in the store. Never got a response saying the shoes were ready for pickup, but five hours later, I figured it was a safe bet that they were ready. Walked in, and couldn't tell who worked there, went towards the back and asked to pick up my shoes. A girl goes in the back, a guy comes out and says can't fine them, and I'll get a notification when they are ready. I was like, it's been five hours, can ya just grab them? Goes back, then another girl comes out and tells me they don't have them...oookkk. Doesn't apologize, doesn't offer to order them, just says their inventory is sometimes off. Everyone there was rude, and couldn't care less. Will never return to the store and I love sneakers and gear. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Not only was allllll including the manager rude it was busy and chaotic..you had to constantly beg for help if they didn't have the shoe in the back there was no "is there anything else I can help you with " it was a blank stare with a attitude and a walk off ..I can understand being busy n upset but you never ever take it out on the customers...then when we were checking out and alerting the MANAGER a Hispanic guy of what was going on he too had a very condescending attitude and wanted to play tic for tac. I who have been in the CSR industry for over 15 years informed him of his actions you do not talk to your customers let alone paying customers with attitudes you simply fix the issue politely and move on no need for arguments... Several people got upset and walked out while I was there ..Footlockers is literally a couple stores down but I chose this store at least you can do is be polite

Bought a pair of sneakers online and when I received it, it looked like it was worn. It looked like a shoe that had been on display at a physical store that was tried on by people multiple times. I tried to return the shoes in store THE SAME DAY I received it and was told that they could not take it back because of the condition of the shoe. They said I’d have to call Nike customer service to get a refund??? Will not be shopping here again. Why ship out the shoes in a condition that you wouldn’t take it back in?

This was our first time visiting since the store changed over to JD Sports (not sure that matters?), and the lady that helped my daughter and her bestie find a pair of Air Force 1's was SO helpful, kind and considerate. I will definitely go back. My daughter really wanted a pair that is only offered on their website and unfortunately we couldn't buy them in store, but we came home and immediately purchased them from their site and we will be back in person again!

Staff were rude and stock sucked. Very limited on good shoes. Definitely disappointed after hearing all the hype. Was planning to spend atleast 1k. But walked out with nothing.

The shoes I had purchased were both the same style and shoe but were different colors. One was purple one was pink. 2 of the store associates checked the shoes to ensure they were correct. Get home ( a little over an hour away) and notice the shoes don’t match. Call the store and the associate states to come back and he will make it right and fix the mistake. Drive back the following day to be offered the display model of the correct shoe which was clearly worn, discolored in the inside, and had creases already in the shoe!!! No apology at all!! When I declined the display shoe the MANAGER gave a refund and did not offer to have it ordered or find a different pair. She was unprofessional and rude. Definitely will not be returning there or recommending to anyone.

Clean, and we'll organized. I had to get an employee's attention to get help. Took awhile to wait for the shoes to get to me to try on, and it was not busy in the store. Left without buying due to lack of customer service.

They got a great selection of shoes. I personally went with the Jordans. The young man who helped me was awesome!
