Unsanitary. The tools that were used didn’t come out of any sanitized package or sanitizer itself rather a cup on their rollable shelf. I got no massage after picking the most expensive pedicure and she painted my nails before parafin or massage then tried to rub it all into my polish so I “wouldn’t notice”….when I asked about these things she said “oh yeah”. At checkout I was not happy with paying 65.00 for scrub and polish that had to be done twice, the lady said “well she spent a lot of time with you”…ummm yeah trying to tap in oil and parafin to my nails; and all she offered was 10% off. Not to mention I had to watch one of the workers pick her nose across from us for 15 minutes then work on a customer without hand washing. Disgusting.
Cleanliness: Disgusting. Bad hygiene.

My experience was horrible they kept cutting me and hurting me and pulling my hand without asking. My nails looked horrible they were uneven some my nails were french tip and they were very uneven. My nail design looked ugly and the nude base they used was orange and streaky. The side view was uneven the arch was very uneven. The girl doing my nails also when I said I wanted shorter she said it would be ugly. Me and my friend also got the same design and same everything and they costed her $75 and me $89. Overall i’m not happy with this time there my first time and last time i will not be coming back.
Requested style: I wanted a french tip with accent nails the accent nails had flowers.

My sister and I went there yesterday without an appointment (Sunday) 2/25/2024 and we had never been there before, but so we went in there not knowing what we wanted, then my sister asked basically if he did custom, he said show him a picture. So we sat there looking for pictures and we found some. He said yes he could do them. So we were so excited. The man that works there did such a great job. My sister gave him a big tip. Here is a picture of our nails. We loved them. We plan on going back. Thank you so much. We paid $140.00 for both sets together. So not bad pricing either.

The pedicure I received was terrible. My feet were still hard with dead skin on the bottom and sides. I had to soak and scrub them again when I got home. I won't be returning.
