I rarely send reviews but this company has always been great. Always respond as quickly as possible and have great service. I’ve recommended them to friends but several have just said, “l know that’s the only people we call.” If you want fair, great service, this is the company you want.

Called to see prices on fixes for my outside A/C unit and they said they won’t work on it as it’s in a trailer park. It’s central A/C like any other place so they are classist and are very rude.
Would not recommend.

I had family heating and cooling come out and replace my blower motor. It went out again 12 hours later. I called first thing the next morning and talked to Chad (I think the owner) and explained to him a situation I had with the first guy that came the day before and the fact that my air went back out and I was frustrated with the whole thing. He came right over himself, checked it out and determined it was the blower motor that went out again. He left and came back with a bigger motor and even replaced another part and taped, glued and sealed everything up at no extra cost to me. We have had no issues since and my air is working better than before it went out. He explained everything, communicated the whole process and in my opinion went above and beyond to make the whole thing right. Will definitely use them again in the future for my heating and cooling needs! Highly recommend this company!

Got charged 212$ plus service to replace a 20$ capacitor. Total over 300$ and didn't even check anything. Wouldn't have been so bad if he'd checked it or serviced it also.
Not happy and would not call or recommend to anyone

-40 outside and 50 in my house. I called and had someone out next morning. He came and advised my gas valve was bad-corroded and if he tried to remove it- might break and that’s $800if it doesn’t break And recommend new furnace 4300.00 as mine is old. Umm it’s -40 but I’ll check around as I’m not feeling these recommendations and it’s going to take days to get fixed. Well a good friend saw my situation, came over easily pulled gas valve-went and bought new one installed it. One hour later I had heat. I know he was swamped with calls- I know 79.00 is just to tell me the issue. But in this weather I think I was just being pushed into a new furnace which I’m sure I need. But I don’t think he was wanting to take the time to replace gas valve as had a full schedule. My experience only but a bit disappointed in how quickly I needed a new furnace but still wait days for heat.

I would give more stars if I could. After my initial call to the company I had received s call back within the hour. Shortly after our technician Angel was at our home with in 30 minutes. The part for our furnace needed to be ordered and would arrive the next day. However Angel did not give up there and found a supplier that had the part. He went got the part and returned and fixed the issue at hand. This companies prices were very reasonable, not only will I use them again but would refer them to anyone having issues. Kudos to Family Heating and Cooling for their service. Kudos to our technician for spending so much time and effort to fix our system.
