Clean, apparently, newer hotel. Well maintained. There was more space in the room for some chairs or something, the lack of furniture seemed odd. Right by the freeway/ interstate so you'll get some noise there. But.... the baseball and cheer groups seem to love this place. Breakfast was an absolute nightmare for the solo traveler. Beware.....

Well we got here on Thursday and unpacked and the air conditioning wasn't working. It was hot in the room. So they moved us to a different room. Still hot and we survived with three fans running. Staff was nice but I feel we should get a discount for the mess. Un packing. Packing and than unpacking and packing again and unpacking with a 3 night stay was not a good start to our vacation. Its not often we have a family vacation all together. No matter what was going on with the AC it is not our fault. We pay for all the amenities. We didnt get what we paid for. Staff was trying. But there wasnt much they could do. Sending us to a new hotel would cost us more. Not with in our budget. Service. Breakfast was good. Id like to return but am fearful the air wont work again. Thank you.Nearby activities: There are alot of stores close by.

Would have given it a 5 star except for two things, beds and not able to use hot tub. The beds were horrible! I pretty much can sleep on any bed, soft or hard, but these beds were HARD AND LUMPY! I get that the hotel was built and opened during earlier covid days and maybe supplies were scarce but these mattresses were of the cheapest quality and worst of any hotel I've stayed. We were here for 5 days and after two days my husband and our friends and I all had sore backs, hips and sides! If it wasn't for family personal matters we would have checked out after the first night and gone somewhere else. The staff was lively though. Very friendly.Due to some sort of spirts tournaments the hotel was overrun by kids the last 4 days and we were only able to use the pool and hot tub the first night. I specifically book hotels with hot tubs because we like to soak in the hot tubs and swim everyday. Every time we went down, it was swarming with kids and the hot tub was full of kids with their parents sitting on the edges while the kids splashed around in the hot tub. Every day we tried at all hours and everyday the pool area was unavailable. The hotel should have a cut off time for people with kids so that all the other paying hotel guest could actually use the facilities they have paid for. This is just not right.That being said, the hotel itself is in a oerfect locatiin by tons of stores and restaurants. I normally don't complain but this was really disappointing, we could even overlook the pool usage if the beds were comfy but we'll try a different hotel next time just because the beds were so bad.

FABULOUS HUGE QUEEN SUITE!!There 5 days, didn't clean, take out trash, or give us towels TIL Day 4!! (Did offer small $$ discount tho). Asked the cleaning lady for towels (day 2), she said that I wasn't one of her rooms!!! Nice shower with soap, shampoo & condition dispensers.GREAT BREAKFAST!!PERFECT WORKOUT ROOM.Ok, but small, pool & jacuzzi.Friendly check-in staff. Easy check in & check out. Each night was a diff price (as much as $100- seemed strange to me)ENJOYED THIS HOTEL ?

Newer hotel with 2020 build date.Could use more towels for a double queen room (3).Coffee available at all times.Breakfast had waffles, liquid scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, yogurt, oatmeal with dried fruit, apples and oranges, cereal, bagels and sliced bread, juice, carton milk, and coffee.T mobile service reception inside the building was a little rough.Free wifi for all, not just Bonvoy members.

We were not impressed with this hotel. First, the AC could only be turned down to 65, but it we got a room that was in the 70's. We followed instructions and turned the thermostat down to 65, but it kept getting warmer. The staff kept telling us to wait, and after 3 hours, finally moved us to another hot room. They offered a fan from the front desk, making me wonder if they had this problem frequently or were controlling the thermostat remotely. In addition to the cooling problems, the beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were loud. Disappointing.Nearby activities: Close to other restaurants and stores.

This could be a nice facility. But they went too far to be “Green” at the expense of their customer and a good night sleep. While there for one night the room didn’t get below 72 degrees. They have a AC system that doesn’t cool the room using a Trane WiFi front desk control system.As and Titanium Elite, I find it unacceptable. A nice cool room at night in June when the days are in the 90’s is key to a good night sleep. That’s tool bad as the rooms (515) was really nice. I will not be back.

Enjoyed my stay while visiting the area for graduation weekend. Especially appreciated the larger area for visiting with family, adjacent restaurants and shopping just outside the front door.

Fantastic. Clean crisp and sharp. No smells covering things up. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us everything we needed and ask for. The breakfast was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay all around.

Nice hotel. Clean with large rooms and friendly staff. In a more quite part of town so not a lot of traffic but there's places to eat within walking distance. Have stayed a few times and probably will keep doing

Very nice rooms. The shower is awesome. One of the nicest hotels in the area. A little pricey but I used my Bonvoy points for the weekend while I changed hotels for work. The staff is nice and the breakfast is good. Definitely a newer construction hotel in the area. Probably less than a year old.Rooms: Very clean with new technology televisions. Very soft pillows and comfy beds.

The room was spacious, but the bed could use an update. It's been well used and seemed to be somewhat collapsed. The front desk staff and housekeeping were outstanding! Yes, we would stay here again, but with a few minor tweaks, this could be a firewall 5 star rating from me.Food & drinks: The hot breakfast was exceptional. It would be nice if the time was 7 till 10 on weekdays and not just weekends.
