If i could give this salon more then 5 stars i would. Came in for a spa package as a birthday present. Raquel and Lizzy were fabulous. The lady that did my mani pedi (megan i think) was wonderful as well and did a fabulous job as well but I don't like the style vs an actual nail salon. This isnt the salons fault im just picky but for a basic mani pedi with nail polish this would be a good go to place. Will most definitely come back for another massage in the future. The atmosphere is welcoming. Every staff member was absolutely friendly.

Raquel gave me a massage and it was PERFECT. She applied a medium to firm pressure which was just what I was looking for. She targeted the areas I asked for and got deep into the areas around my neck and shoulders helping relieve tension and pressure from the places where my migraines stem from. It’s the best massage I’ve received in a LONG time. I’ll definitely see Raquel again.

I've been to a couple different massage establishments in the QC area but Escape Day Spa and Salon is the absolute best!! Professional and kind staff, beautiful rooms, calming ambiance, I just can't say enough good things!! Love them!!

I have had several massages, waxing and pedicures. They have always been amazing! I have been treated professionally, with kindness and caring, which is rare in many instances anymore.
I would highly recommend this salon!

I have NEVER received such an uncomfortable/unprofessional massage in my life. My husband surprised me by booking me a last minute massage and facial here. He thought it was with a female masseuse. When my facial was done I was told Eric would be in for my massage. I was hesitant but thought I guess I would give it a shot. I had filled out the form before the massage and circled my back and neck as my problem areas. When Eric came in he asked what I'd like to focus on the most and again I said back and neck. I was laying on my back so he started on my neck, shoulders and arms. Then he went to my legs. This is where it got very uncomfortable. I have never had a masseuse pull the sheet up so high. To my panty line. When he rubbed my legs he would rub all the way up to my panty line and in between my thighs. I slowly started putting my hands down lower. I felt so tense and uncomfortable. He spent so much time on my thighs. Then he had me turn over and again started on my thighs and went too far up again. He spent so little time on my back and neck. I absolutely hated this experience and felt so uncomfortable that I couldn't say anything. Even checking out there wasn't anyone else but him making it even harder for me to say something. When I paid the machine asked to leave a tip it didn't allow separate tipping otherwise I wouldn't have given him anything. Horrible first experience with a male masseuse and ruined my very rare mom break. I will never ho here again. I'm left feeling so disgusted by him.

I booked a full body massage with Raquel. She was amazing! I don't get massages regularly, but in the handful that I've had, I've never had a therapist work so thoroughly on my trouble areas and really make sure that they were feeling the muscle tension release. You could tell that she wasn't just working through a checklist to get through the allotted time, she cared enough to make sure that she gave me pain relief. Fantastic work Raquel!

Horrible! Went in for a massage, lady talked to me almost the whole time about her personal life, was late starting the massage, ended early, forgot to bring in warm towels, forgot to turn on the relaxing sound. Nothing about this was relaxing, will never return.Service: Back massages

this is not a message place ... at first she put me in for next day to the message then she ask how did you hear about when i said i just googled it she thought about having an account then scheduled made it like a donctor office to have a thyrapy through insurance you can be scheduled for'next day to pay for a massage out of your pocket as new tour in the city they tell you 10 days ... she can just tell me we just w9rk with auto insurances and accidents and put you on machines lol ... this is not recommended ...
