“Wow! My son dropped his phone and charger on the bed last night and the clashed and it broke his screen. I worried all night but called Verizon first thing this morning. After I navigated the phone auto stuff and got a live person, it was smooth sailing! He assured me it wouldn't cost anything to fix and even set me up with a confirmation number. I dropped it off at the store and was told it could take up to 2 hours, but after picking my son up from the doctor, we called them and it was done! Amazing! Highly recommended!”

They handled my time consuming interaction while balancing the customers in the store and answering phones. Great display of teamwork multitasking and all around great customer service.
