Talk about being angry at this place I go down here to exchange a propane tank and the guy at the register tells me yeah I'm not going out side to do the exchange so you will have to buy it else where like really you can't walk outside for 5 minutes and check for me

So I had just finished a purchased at Dollar General but when I first went in, there was only one other car in the parking lot, and that man had walked in about 10 seconds before I did, and he looked normal like not homeless , I was in my pajamas in an oversized working vest, and I probably looked homeless but when I first got in the store I had asked if they had a restroom I was told in a rude way. And so I went grab the cart, Got a whole two minutes into shopping over the loudspeaker the store I hear an associate come on and say they’re recording for shoplifters, and they repeated that a few times~ And it was not a recording. It was literally one of the associates saying it over the loudspeaker. About half an hour later, I get all my stuff in my cart and almost to the checkout at the front of the store. I had noticed they DO have restrooms. They weren’t employees only it was public restrooms and they weren’t out of order so long story short because of the way I looked and me asking right away to use the restroom, young girl at the counter with brown hair assumed I was homeless and was rude to me. Not only would they not let me use the restroom, but they didn’t have anybody really in the store when they were making those announcements except for me and another person. And let’s just say I’m pissed and I’ll never shop at the Dollar General again.

If I could of left a -5 I would... The worse DG ever... The worse staff I have ever had to deal with. Rude, disrespectful manager down to the cashier. Maybe that staff should find jobs else where. I was so impressed when I saw that DG built a building that other store was trashed... I was there when it opened great looking store employees rude but the store looked great. and now it looks like the other store... DG needs to clean house all new staff would be the first step. I will go up the hill to another store to shop from now on....
