Dropped off two rims to have tires put on. I get home, mount them and go for a drive and I get a tire air pressure light and showing 51 pounds. Pulled over and let out air for 10 seconds and still have a light and showing 51 pounds. So I drive home thinking they damaged my sensor. Checked the pressure and it’s reading 80 pounds, so before I let out air it was probably closer to 90 pounds. Called the store and talked to Alissa so they could talk to their tech and instead got told it’s impossible . Really!!! Cause there’s 80 pounds in my tire and tires don’t make their own air. This is the second back to back issue with them and I’m done using them.

I recently bought rims at this location that had been giving the guys some trouble when they were balancing them. Brad got it done and made them as balanced as they could get. Thanks for doing it as many times as you had to until it was right! I am very happy!!

I have been going to discount tire for years, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Most recently I purchased 4 new tires and waited for a bit and walked outside with my son and when we came back they informed me that the tires I purchased they did not have in stock, however they upgraded mine to more expensive ones and did not ask me to pay the difference! They kept me updated on when the car would be finished and it was only about 20 min longer than my original quoted time. Staff was friendly & patient with my son too.

Needed tires for a car I just got, made an appointment the day before but got to the wrong store thankfully Alyssa R was able to get me in and took really good care of me, I definitely recommend this store. 10/10 and thanks to her team too

I ordered my tires online, and had questions. I called the store, and they had answers to my concerns. I was notified the same day, I ordered my tires, that they had arrived. They were able to get me in that day, for an appointment. I waited at the store, while service was performed. They were very polite and courteous, along with, keeping me informed. It was a total of 45 minutes for them to complete installation, of four tires. I highly recommend this place of business, people were in and out. And they were very prompt, with everyone that walked in. To address their concerns or questions.

Had a blow out traveling. The spare was good to get me off the side of the road but the valve stem was leaking. Pulled in they got right on it and back on the road. Excellent service!!?

Staff knew exactly which rims & tires to get based on vehicle and made sure they were correct. They also look freaking amazing!

I went in to buy four tires and was advised I needed only two right now, so that's how I went. I got a nail in one of the new ones that night, went back in and they patched it no questions asked, no charge, with no appointment, and they did it within 45 minutes.

They were great putting on set of new tires. However, they left white grease all over the tires and rims. They also scratched up my passenger front rim which needs replaced. In addition, they did not put valve caps on, of which they didn't put back on my chrome steel valve extensions and caps, which cost me another $23.68 to replace them.Overall, they have no respect for customer's assets and make a mess, which they need to clean up.
