Awesome people at the Davenport Store!
We saw a Cadillac XT5 online and Berto helped us out from test drive to purchasing it with no pressure. Got a great deal and understanding of everything McGrath offers to customers by the team and Adam. Berto and Adam made it fun and they make you feel like family.

Got a 2015 Kia Sorento from them 4 years ago. Car was great until it almost got stolen. I spent over $1,000 in maintenance and to no avail.
Called McGrath explained my situation. Went to the appointment worried.
This is how awesome they are. We met with Berto Adame. The KIA wouldn't run so couldn't bring it in. Berto took care of us. Despite the long wait he made it worth our while. Not only did they pay the car off...Berto found me a car right away. Couldn't do a down payment due to the large amount wasted on the KIA. Berto got it waved. No down payment. Decent monthly payment. Berto made this a stress free pleasant experience. Thank you Berto!

I bought a car here in April and I have had nothing but disappointment the longer I have my car. When I initially went in to get my car, they listened to all the things I wanted from a vehicle but they took advantage of the fact that I was a young girl. They sold me my car for $16,000 more than it's worth and they did not mention that, nor did they care that they were selling it to me so high. I have tried to call to talk to someone to speak to them regarding my loan and the fact that there was a headlight out when I bought my car as well. I had to leave a voicemail.. this was almost a week ago and I still have not gotten a call back. Please do not buy a car from here, all they care about is making their commission. They don't value you as a customer, and they'll sell you a car for way more then it's worth.

This review is a couple weeks late. But I lost all hope on a vehicle until I talked to Berto A and Richard G. Between them two all my questions were answered and helped me get into a vehicle that I'm happy and proud of. Very patient guys and great to deal with. Will recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.
