We just completed all the necessary 100,000 mile inspection and repairs. I say we because I truly believe Dale’s servicemen and I are a team. My car needed a lot of TLC and $, but because Dale’s team worked with me to break it down and prioritize into doable/affordable segments, it got done timely and with little to no stress on my part. I feel that Dale’s cares almost as much as I do about me and my car being cared for and safe on the road! I love getting in my car and having peace of mind knowing she’s going to get me where I need to go. Thanks to everyone at Dale’s! ?

Good, honest mechanics. First and foremost. Front office staff was very friendly and went out of their way to listen and understand. Then doing only what was requested, my truck was fixed. They did make recommendations and suggestions. Never being pushy ... I needed a new mechanic shop, and it would appear I have found one ... Thank you

Had my Brake system done 2 years ago and started having issues recently, I no longer live in the area and Dale's Service Center went above and beyond to still provide the warranty on the brake system even out of state through another service center! I would recommend them to anyone needing car service in the Quad Cities!

Good garage that isn’t going to rip you off or charge/do work for stuff you didn’t approve of beforehand. They communicate on estimated times, I was never left guessing. They are not the cheapest shop in town but they will do you right. They even provided me with a loaner car so I could continue to get to work easily with my car in the shop ? Jason was my favorite and most common contact but I have no doubts that the whole crew is great ? they even calmly handled me when I was distraught

I was very pleased with the customer service. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I really like the exam printout for the status of my vehicle. It is also great that they can accommodate you with transportation if needed. I will definitely recommend this Service Center!

If you have a problem with your car and you don't know much about cars, I recommend going to Dale's. They have great mechanics who can give you great value options. Yes, I had a very good experience here.

Our Dodge Grand Caravan was running rough. I took the Dodge to Dale's because of past positive experiences. They addressed the problem immediately.
Dale's fixed the problem professionally. Even offered a three year, 36,000 mile warranty.
We have the peace of mind that our van was fixed right the first time.

I recently had some work done on my vehicle. I have to say these guys went above and beyond any of my expectations. In my opinion customer service isnt what it used to be, but these guys have restored my faith that there are still people who know what they are doing and who know how to take care of their customers. I spoke with Chad on multiple occasions and he is and should be the example of how companies should treat their customers!
